Dr. Tabli Ghosh is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam, India. Dr. Ghosh has published more than many research articles, review articles, and book chapters in reputed peer reviewed international journals and books. . Dr. Ghosh has been awarded with DST Inspire Fellowship for perusing Ph.D. at IIT Guwahati, Assam, India. Her Ph.D. work focused on developing and evaluating the effectiveness of functional biopolymeric nanocomposite based edible nano-coatings and sustainable secondary packaging of food products. She has been the Gold Medallist in the Bachelor of Technology for securing First Position in batch of 2014-2016, Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam. She has also been the Gold Medallist in the Master of Technology for securing First Position in the batch of 2014-2016, Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam. Dr. Ghosh has been a special research student at the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Gifu University, Japan during her Ph.D with JASSO Fellowship.
