The Department of Food Engineering and Technology, Tezpur University in Association with AFST (I) Mysuru and AFST (I) Tezpur Chapter organized a one-day outreach activityin offline mode on 17th of October 2022 for Aparajita VO, Napaam, Assam. The participants for the activity were farmers and budding entrepreneurs, who come to learn about the fruit preservation methods, related issues and other through lecture, demonstrations, and hands on activities. The outreach activity was coordinated by Dr. Tabli Ghosh, Assistant Professor, Department of Food Engineering and Technology and Treasurer, AFST (I) Tezpur Chapter. The outreach activity was aimed at discussing and interacting in detail about the fruit preservation methods. The outreach activity was attended by approximately 35 farmers and budding entrepreneurs in offline mode.
