With over 22 years of experience in quality and food safety operations in food processing industries such as Coca-Cola India and Al Kabeer Exports, she currently heads the International Training Centre For Food Safety And Applied Nutrition( ITCFSAN), set up jointly by World Bank, FSSAI ( Ministry of Health and Family Welfare) and EIC ( Ministry of Commerce).She is a National Level Resource Person for FSSAI FOSTAC.
An alumnus if CFTRI Mysuru, she has been conferred with numerous awards for her work in Food Safety space including the FSSAI AFST Food Safety Professional of the year 2019.
Is founder of F2F Solutions and has 20+ years of experience in R & D, New Product Development, Setting of R & D Centres, Food Safety, Regulations, Sensory, Consumer Panels, Product Launches and Quality Assurance in the food industry. Have Patents and publications on his name. He Worked at senior level and leading the R &D for reputed companies like McDonalds, Danone, General Mills, Givaudan, Godfrey Phillips and Raptakos Brett.
