Dr.Syed Irshaan  has been working as Head of the Department  at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology, and Research, Vadlamudi, Guntur and he has 4 years of experience in the area of Food Processing,Edible Packaging,Preservation and Value addition. He has about 12 publications in National and International Journals, 24 book chapters and attended 35 International and National Conferences. He is the life member of Association Food Scientists and Technologists (India), and International Association of Engineers. He has been serving the Association in capacity of Hon. President for AFST(I) Guntur Chapter since 2023.

Mrs. Bammidi Madhuri is working as an Assistant Dean (Internship) Department of Training and Placement and  Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology, and Research, Vadlamudi, Guntur. She has 4 years of experience in Food Processing, Preservation, and Value addition with a year of industrial experience. She has about 4 publications in National and International Journals and book chapters in Science Direct. She is a life member of the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (India). She is serving the Association as Hon. Secretary since 2024.

Mr. Sumit Ragho Gawai has been working as Assistant Professor at Vignan's Foundation for Science, Technology & Research, Guntur (A.P.) and he has 5 years of experience in teaching. He also worked in Agro Foods Private Limited, Noida as a Food Technologist for 1.5 years and 1 year in Future Supply Chain Solutions Limited, Mumbai as a Senior Executive in CAM Food Department.
