New Delhi, May 9, 2025: The Centric F&B Conclave for CXOs, held at The Park Hotel, Sansad Marg, emerged as a landmark event for the Indian Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. Organized by Centric Software in collaboration with the Association of Food Scientists & Technologists India (AFSTI), the conclave centered around the theme "Transforming the Indian Food & Beverage Industry with Integrated Product Data." It brought together leading CXOs, innovators, and technology experts to discuss the future of digital transformation in F&B through integrated product data platforms.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Ruchir Shankar, Geo Leader & Sales Director (India), Centric Software, who emphasized the evolving needs of the F&B sector and the role of integrated digital solutions in staying competitive. The keynote address by Dr. Prabodh Halde, Head of Global Regulatory & Public Policy at Marico Ltd. and former President of AFSTI, highlighted the need for a "Single Source of Truth" through centralized data systems to ensure compliance, food safety, and innovation in alignment with global benchmarks.
A featured technical session titled “Connecting Data and Product, Driving Innovation” was delivered by Mr. Srinivas Ramanujam, Industry Consultant – F&B, Centric Software. He outlined the benefits of integrating product lifecycle data—from concept to commercialization—for accelerating innovation, enhancing traceability, and improving operational agility.
In the "Customer Speaks" segment, Mr. Brinold Almeida, IT Innovation Leader at Graviss Foods Pvt. Ltd. – Baskin Robbins, presented a compelling case study on their successful deployment of Centric Software’s PLM platform. He highlighted key benefits such as improved recipe and BOM management, streamlined cross-functional collaboration, and reduced product development time.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Bharath Ganta, Sales Manager – Food & Beverage, Centric Software, who acknowledged the efforts of speakers, delegates, and organizing partners. A notable highlight was the appreciation for Shri Ajay Pande from Centric Software, recognized as the key coordinator and the driving force behind the successful execution of the conclave. His leadership and meticulous planning played a pivotal role in bringing together industry thought leaders and facilitating meaningful discussions.
The evening ended with a networking cocktail dinner, providing attendees with a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and explore future collaborations. The event was also attended by Dr. Dinkar B. Kamble, President of AFSTI Delhi Chapter, Dr. Dipti Sharma VP AFSTI Delhi, Ms, Vipasha, Shantanu Gupta and other AFSTI Members.
