Poster Abstract Online Submission guidelines below:

• Only registered delegates will be allowed to present the poster at the conference.
• A registered delegate can present only one poster.
• Abstracts in the area of Food Science & Technology and the themes of the 31st ICFoST-2025 will be accepted.
• As per the delegate login dashboard, the online submission format/sections of poster abstract need to be submitted.
• Review papers are not accepted for presentation.
• Abstracts will be evaluated and subjected to editorial corrections on acceptance.
• The last date for receipt of the abstracts is 14-11-2025.
• Abstracts received after the last date will not be printed in the souvenir

• Poster abstracts should be submitted via online (https://icfost.nevendo.in/)
• Acceptance of the abstract will be communicated to the e-mail ID through which it is submitted.
• Some of the selected abstracts will be considered for the oral presentation based on the committee's recommendation.
•  Pinboard size of 4 (Width) x 3 (Length) feet will be available for the display of the poster.
• The date, schedule of the presentation, and abstract number can be found in the printed souvenir/registration area of the conference/Website.

The login for poster submission for delegates will work after 24 hours of the delegate registration process done from your end.

Kindly note that regarding “Accommodation” registered delegates have to make their own arrangements for accommodation. However, few accommodation provisions and tariffs will be uploaded in AFST(I) websites. The same can be self-booked directly on a first cum first serve basis.
