Sub: SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR ONLINE ELECTIONS TO CHAPTERS 2025-2026     

This is to inform that ONLINE ELECTIONS TO OFFICES OF VARIOUS AFST(I) Chapters has been drawn. The online elections to Offices of AFST(I) Chapters will be held in Second phase as given below.

The SECOND PHASE starts between 10th June to 29th June 2025.  Online elections will be held for chapters which come under North Zone (Annexure- B)

Note:

• The date and time of counting of votes may vary with chapters, it will be informed to respective candidates and chapters after the date of voting of the respective chapters is closed
• If the members of Chapters either Full (annual) or Life not fulfilled about 20+ numbers, the election process / schedule will not be conducted. This is will be noted in the ERO brief report at the end.
• If there is no Local Executive Committee (LEC) in the Chapter, the HQ will directly circulate the schedule to all the members of the chapters.

This is for your kind perusal and information for further process. I Request you to acknowledge receipt of the same. The respective chapter election notice will be shared soon for your kind circulation to your chapter’s members.
